One of our top clients is seeking a skilled and experienced Liceensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will provide quality patient care and support to our long-term care residents, while maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, documenting any changes or concerns
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate medical records
- Valid state licensure as a LPN
- 2+ years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on patient safety
