12 hour shifts 7a-7p & 7p-7a(link removed) **Immediate Openings**

Requirements
- Hoyer Lift
- Bowel Program
- Valid Drivers License
- LPN/RN License
- Great Communication Skills
- Ability to travel within the service are
- Ability to pass drug screen/ background check
- Reliable Transportation
