From the Heart Counseling, Inc., a prominent private practice in Plainfield, IL, is looking for part time (15+hours per week) and full time (25+hours per week) Licensed Psychotherapists to join our practice.

Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of Illinois with a minimum of 3 years post independent licensure experience, preferably with private practice experience and registered with CAQH and paneled with BCBS.

Compensation is flat rate, based on experience and licensure, paid out biweekly. Psychotherapist must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. From The Heart Counseling, Inc. will provide a steady stream of referrals as well. Candidate must be willing to work 2 evenings per week. Weekend availability not required, but considered a plus. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance the work environment. Candidate will be employee status.

Requirements are:

*Current State of Illinois license as a PhD, PsyD, DNP, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC

*Willing to work 25 hours per week or more

*Prior private practice experience is a plus
