The Fort Myers office of Kubicki Draper is accepting applications from entry level attorneys with 1+ years experience that are interested in joining their litigation practice. Must be a member of the FLORIDA BAR and in good standing to be considered. Candidates interested in hybrid or remote work will be considered.

Requirements

The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of First Party Property experience. Prior insurance defense required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, First Party Property and/or general liability, preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills needed
  • Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures preferred

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Summarize medical records, bills and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries
  • Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment
  • Competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel
  • Must be task orientated.
