Bermuda Landscape & Design, Inc. is a leading construction company specializing in landscape design and installation. We are looking for a Live Chat Agent to join our team and provide customer service through online chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position with flexible hours. Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries through online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Multitask between different chat conversations simultaneously while staying organized
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and positive customer service experience
- Track and report customer interactions and successes
- Continuously improve knowledge of our products, services, and industry through ongoing training and development
Requirements - Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing role
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers in written form
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations at once
- Proficient in typing and operating computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
