We have an established and exclusive preferred relationship with agents at the largest real estate brokerage firm Nationwide in addition to having established preferred relationships with top producing teams, agents and residential builders throughout Florida.



We are seeking experienced, licensed loan originators to partner with our preferred agents.



Ideal candidates must have strong communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills; must be an organized, driven, self-starter with 2 years of current residential mortgage loan origination experience and an active NLMS Florida Mortgage Loan Originator License.



Mortgage Loan Originators will be responsible for directing sales activities and originating residential mortgage loans; ensuring profitability, market growth, compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures; deliver a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers and promote the SecurityNational brand. 



Requirements:



- Valid Florida Driver’s License

- Active NLMS Florida Mortgage Loan Originator license

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required 

- 2 years of loan origination experience

- Strong mathematical, analytical and verbal/written communication skills

- Experienced working in Encompass

- CRM experience
