This position has the opportunity of being remote and will receive a competitive base and commission pay structure.

What you can expect as a Loan Originator:

• The opportunity to analyze customer needs and recommend products based on customer data and requirements


• You will be provided with leads generated by our unique marketing program


• Advise clients on products and make appropriate recommendations


• Oversee and monitor the loan process and make sure all documentation, applications and client details are accurate, in compliance with company terms, and documented from application to close


• Build relationships with external sources and vendors to create and maintain new and existing business


• Communication with customers during all stages of the loan process.

What we are looking for:

• 2 years of mortgage experience


• Integrity


• Ability to nurture and establish relationships


• Great negotiation skills


• Remarkable customer service skills


• Excellent presenter and communicator


• High level of detail


• Must have a NMLS License
