The Residential Loan Processing Supervisor in the El Paso, TX market will be responsible for managing a team of mortgage loan processors ensuring operations are completed efficiently and effectively in accordance with bank policies and procedures.  This ideal candidate will also evaluate all files for accuracy, completion and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and implements Mortgage Department strategy, procedure and planning.


• Partner with Production Manager in setting short-term and long-term goals.


• Manages administration of all mortgage lending support activities.


• Communicates effectively with team and leadership including procedure changes and issue management.


• Ensures compliance with all federal and state regulations as well as bank policy.


• Ensures all reporting is in line with bank policies and practices.


• Supervises department personnel by setting team and individual performance objectives, training, and administering performance management as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.


• Three (3) years experience in mortgage processing


• Two (2) years experience in secondary market execution of sale of mortgage loans for FNMA, FHA, VA.


• Two (2) years experience in direct employee management
