JMAC Lending is expanding our operations and seeking an experienced Loan Set-Up and Disclosures Specialist to work in our office in Santa Ana, CA. This individual is responsible, but not limited to, understanding how to prepare and review initial disclosures; review loan file to ensure it meets minimum submission requirements; prepare initial closing disclosures; perform all duties in accordance with companys policies and procedures.

This is an in-office position in Santa Ana, CA. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage emails and respond within the service level agreements (SLA)
• Manage pipelines and dashboards to ensure tasks are completed within turn time.
• Review loan at different set-up and disclosure stages to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Develop thorough understanding of company LOS system, third-party applications and websites as it pertains to position.
• Review and prepare initial disclosures to meet timing requirements.
• Review loan submission requirements for completeness
• Review and re-disclose change of circumstance for compliance and completeness.
• Review and issue initial closing disclosure requests
• Issue notice of incomplete application on incomplete submission files
• Communicate with internal and external parties to resolve issue(s) with a high degree of customer service.
• Handle various tasks with a high level of efficiency and time management.

Requirements

• Two years of recent mortgage experience
• Knowledge in TILA-RESPA integrated disclosures (TRID) guidelines
• Understanding in the following loan programs/products: Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM, Refinance, Purchase
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of customer service
• High level of personal and professional maturity
• Ability to work in a team environment
