Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers in a welcoming and professional manner

• Check-in and check-out loaner cars, conducting thorough walk-around with the customer, noting condition, fuel level, and mileage
• Ensure the correct payment has been received from the customer

• Ensure the returned vehicles are checked out and returned following the companys policies and are arranged in the designated area

• Upholds the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
