Responsibilities include:

• Skilled repair, preventative service, and installation of locks and access hardware.


• Making keys and checking existing keys for wear.


• Ability to troubleshoot doors, locks, and other access hardware for repair and maintenance.


• Maintaining all required records and logs as well as keeping meticulous job notes and inventory management.


• Familiarity with computers and similar electronic devices.


• Responding to emergency calls in a timely fashion.


• Working knowledge of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical trades.


• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.


• Interact with clients and uphold our excellent reputation.


• Ability to read electrical schematics and perform precise installations of all products.


• Other various duties as assigned by management.Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.


• Must be willing to travel occasionally and be on-call in accordance with rotating schedule.
