Job Details:
Type of Locum Provider Needed: CRNA - OB Call
Reason for Need: Perm search
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM / Call hours: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Call Scheduled: This provider will take OB CALL every night while working
Call Response Time: 20 minutes
Supervision: Supervising as needed
Type of Cases Required: General, PEDs, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, ENT, OB/GYN, Podiatry
Required Proficiencies: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient
Caselogs Required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
Number of Providers During the Day: 2
Number of ORs: 3
EMR System: All Scripts
Vaccination Required?: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
