We are currently seeking a MAC Technician to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Job Description:
Role Responsibilities
Performs basic configuration of AV equipment, as well as troubleshooting and user trng
Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook equipment following basic instructions
Coordinates with Field Service Team for moving and setting up End User equipment
Basic installation and maintenance of technical product
Follows predefined procedures and tasks in everyday activities
Work is regularly reviewed by a more senior level technical specialist
Reviews, troubleshoots and approves operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals
Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites
Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems
Performs maintenance and repair services
Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance
Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
Receives and controls onsite inventory
Basic Qualifications
5+ years computer support experience
Additional skills
A+ Certification; ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
Must have a proven customer service background
Must be comfortable communicating with executives with high initiative
Knowledgeable of Windows Operating System environment, as well as Apple products; CISCO and MS TEAMS AV equipment
Must be able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physically able to lift and move Enterprise and Client technology hardware in our customer environments
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong customer interaction skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
