Responsibilities:

Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customers.
Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including print advertisements, brochures, direct mail, outdoor signage and promotional events
Collaborate with creative agencies, printers, and other vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with brand standards
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify offline marketing opportunities and consumer preferences
Manage the offline marketing budget, track expenses, and implement plans in a cost- effective manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to both offline marketing and real estate advertising.
Bill Boards, signage and other offline methods to create a strong build image in our core markets of Palakkad, Thrissur, Angamaly, Trivandrum
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) in offline market, advertising, or brand management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Actively involved in end-to-end execution of offline marketing campaigns
Knowledge of print production processes, media planning, and advertising regulations
Familiarity with marketing analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools to assess campaign performance
