Job Title: OCM Lead Consultant
Location: Omaha NE, Only Locals Onsite (Ability to travel up to 50%)
Duration: 12+ Months
Responsibilities:
Develop, refine, and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new technology, processes, and capabilities.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess change's impact and identify key stakeholders.
Analyze and document current and future state processes and develop corresponding transition plans.
Create executive summaries and detailed change management plans.
Develop and implement communication plans and training curriculums.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change.
Create and maintain change management project tracking and reporting tools.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and team meetings.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Support the development of change management approaches, tools, and techniques.
Lead change management virtual and in-person training sessions
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Stay current on industry best practices and research new change management methodologies.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or related field
8 to 12 years of professional experience in change management
Proven track record of successful change management initiatives
Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel up to 50%
