Job Title: MC Supply Chain & Ops Manager

Location: 333 Thornall Street, Edison, NJ 08837

Salary: $160,000 and Standard Benefits.



Duties:

Gather information related to business development, networking, proposals, and marketing content and provide recommendations for modifications, new engagements or procedures, or strategic changes. Design, evaluate and recommend changes to engagement economics such as those related to proposal budgeting and pricing, margin management, billing, risk management, etc. Lead and manage client assessments to understand and define the current state through data, opinions, observations, interviews and facilitated workshops. Identify business drivers and prioritize work efforts quickly across the engagement team to maximize productivity. Propose, develop, implement, and manage solutions to complex client initiatives to achieve the desired future state and uphold engagement quality. Communicate effectively both internally with superiors and externally with client employees, C-suite executives and private equity partners to develop and maintain excellent client relationships. Coach, and develop people by providing timely and actionable feedback, as well as recruitment and retention efforts. This position supervises 2 Sr. Associates.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering Management or related; 5 years of experience as a Manager, Senior Project Manager, Senior Engineer or related, which must include: Prepare category strategy plans, strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier relationship management, Source-to-pay/Procure-to-pay processes, procurement software like SAP, etc. Develop cost models to run economics on business operations or manufacturing processes. Plan manufacturing capacity, optimizing production lines using forecasting tools and resource plans to meet the current and future demand for its products.50 to 75% domestic travel required.
