Title=MPOS Developer Location=Wilmington - DE, Remote within USA Rate Range=USD 70-100/hour 23. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education 24. 8+ years of experience implementing Microsoft D365 FO / AX2012 25. Experience of Microsoft D365 Commerce / AX 2012 Retail implementations and support 26. Two or more full lifecycle implementations with Microsoft D365 FO 27. Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade 28. Experience of code / fix push to EMPOS 29. Experience of setting up new stores, store migrations 30. Experience of SLA based support 31. Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS 32. Experience of working on incident management tools like ServiceNow 33. Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge 34. Flexible with work hours 35. Work with offshore team in India and guide them with issue resolution 36. Ability to manage requirements/scope and risks appropriately 37. Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage 38. Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations 39. Willingness to work in an Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model 40. Good written and verbal communication skills 41. Must be authorized to work in the US 42. Willingness to travel or relocate to work from client office as per business need 43. Participate in design and architecture sessions with clients and guide consultants on capturing and documenting project requirements effectively. 44. Strong client Interfacing and articulation skills on business value delivery, acting as a primary liaison and contact accountable to customers to ensure that expectations are properly set, met, or exceeded
