Role: Mas OS L1 helpdesk support Location: Elk Grove, CA. Shift hours will be between 8am & 7pm Mon-Fri Job Description: CCNA, CompTIA and other certifications are good to have and are NOT mandatory requirements The candidates however SHOULD have strong MAC knowledge. Network troubleshooting is a key contact driver along with other Typical L1 queries on Infra, services & Applications College Degree or High school diploma The team should focus on providing Great Customer Service and not just responding to a query and closing the call. These resources will be predominantly on Phone Support. Other channels include chat & web.
