Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work locationKey Responsibilities: Research, prototype, and develop software solutions to solve problems across retail Stay up to date with emerging technology and learn new technologies/libraries/frameworks Learn and partner with peers across multiple disciplines, such as computer vision, machine learning, and systems design Deliver on time with a high bar on quality of research, innovation and engineeringKey Requirements and Technology Experience: 5+ years of training and deploying deep learning models using a modern machine learning framework (TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, JAX, Caffe, etc Strong knowledge of advanced mathematics and 4+ years of experience in feature engineering, computer vision, NLP and/or recommendation engines. 2+ years of experience leading a team to deliver Client solutions. 5+ years of hands-on experience with data science libraries (Pandas, Matplotlib, OpenCV etc) a mix of experience acquired between industry work and an MS or PhD is fine. 4+ years of experience building and deploying software to production using Python, C++. 3+ years of experience reading and implementing research publications in. Masters Degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering/Math, or relevant experience. PhD in Computer Vision, AI, or Machine Learning with 1 year or more of industry experience. MS in Computer Vision, AI, or Machine Learning with 3 years or more of industry experience. 2+ years of experience working in Agile team environment. 4+ years of industrial experience with at least one of the following languages: Python, C++, Java.
