ROLLFED OPERATING TECHNICIAN I - EVENING SHIFT

WHAT WE'LL DO FOR YOU

$17 to $25/hour based on experience
Shift differential - $0.50/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Here's the technical stuff but it's worth a read as this will be your daily to-do list.

Set-up, operate and troubleshoot equipment to produce thermoformed parts to specification.
Ensure maximum efficiency of set-up to include set-up time, materials, production rate and material consumption.
Machine readiness inspect machinery, equipment and tooling prior to set-up.
Identify issues, which adversely affect product requirements and communicate with appropriate department personnel for resolution.
Perform routine maintenance & cleaning veteran applicants think PMCS.
Identify nonconforming materials/products, work with shift leader for resolution.
Ensure part quality meets established standards & follow good manufacturing practices, as required.
Participate in safety programs & procedures.

Elkhart, Indiana
Monday thru Friday
Evening Shift 10 pm to 6 am
Overtime Available
