ROLLFED OPERATING TECHNICIAN I - EVENING SHIFT

WHAT WE'LL DO FOR YOU
  • $17 to $25/hour based on experience
  • Shift differential - $0.50/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Here's the technical stuff but it's worth a read as this will be your daily to-do list.
  • Set-up, operate and troubleshoot equipment to produce thermoformed parts to specification.
  • Ensure maximum efficiency of set-up to include set-up time, materials, production rate and material consumption.
  • Machine readiness inspect machinery, equipment and tooling prior to set-up.
  • Identify issues, which adversely affect product requirements and communicate with appropriate department personnel for resolution.
  • Perform routine maintenance & cleaning veteran applicants think PMCS.
  • Identify nonconforming materials/products, work with shift leader for resolution.
  • Ensure part quality meets established standards & follow good manufacturing practices, as required.
  • Participate in safety programs & procedures.

  • Elkhart, Indiana
  • Monday thru Friday
  • Evening Shift 10 pm to 6 am
  • Overtime Available

  • Some manufacturing or related experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and some experience with machine operations.
  • Some communication abilities to meet training, safety & quality requirements.
