• Exercise and promote safety
• Read and understand hard card, Fill out hard card with accuracy
• Understand required tools and how to use them
• Inspect material, Load and unload oven cart, understand how to use the transfer cart system, understand how to move the carts in and out of the oven with or without a load, understand how to use the TC wire
• Set oven parameters in accordance with alloy temper requirements
• Operate ovens with understanding of how to restart ovens after a power outage
• Monitor operations of age cycles, Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks, Rack and unrack product, Rack and unrack product, Document work on Age Oven logs
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum Experience: 6+ Months Warehouse or equivalent work experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively listen and communicate ideas and thoughts to others; able to assimilate ideas originated by others
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
• Reasoning Skills: Ability to carry out and communicate written and/or oral instructions
• Physical Abilities: Regularly required to stand, walk and use hands; must be able to lift 50 pounds at any time during his/her shift; the physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
