Winbro Group Technologies is recruiting Machine Operators to join our existing team, based at our site in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The Machine Operator will perform Hole Drilling processes utilizing EDM and Laser Machine Tools, for the leading high technology markets, worldwide. The Machine Operator will work 12-hour shifts, 13-14 days over a 4-week rotation, on either a day or a night shift. This Position Includes:
- Operating multi-axis CNC machine tools.
- Inspection of completed operations using CMM's, optical vision systems, and manual gauges & tooling.
- Changing consumables such as electrodes and tooling.
- Complete daily preventive maintenance checks.
- Assist in the development of new product introduction programs.
- Joining a Manufacturing Team and contribute to achieving production targets.

Requirements Candidates Must: Be a US Citizen or existing Green Card Holder. Be a High school graduate or have a GED. Have minimum 2- years of manufacturing operations experience is preferred. Have basic PC skills / literacy. Have a Basic level of manual dexterity and ability to meet minimum OSHA lifting guidelines.
