Our client is a fast growign Ecommerce company, Our client is looking for Upgrading from Magento 2.5 to the latest version hence we are looking right Magento Team Lead/Architect for the success of this upgrade. Here are some key qualities and skills that we are look for in a candidate for this role: Magento Expertise: The chosen candidate should have deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Magento, including previous experience with upgrades. They should be familiar with the latest features, functionalities, and best practices of the Magento platform. Technical Proficiency: The Team Lead/Architect should possess strong technical skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, some python and other relevant web technologies. They should be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues that may arise during the upgrade process. Upgrade Experience: Look for candidates who have successfully led or been involved in Magento version upgrades before. Their experience with planning, executing, and testing upgrades will be invaluable in ensuring a smooth transition. Architectural Vision: Should have a strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
