You will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-impact initiatives related to the client's mainframe technology
- Provides testing of basic and routine functionality to complete and deliver assignments. Follows and contributes with defining specifications, coding standards, and project guidelines to ensure code integrity.
- Interacts with application team members to acquire systems knowledge.
- Assists with systems support to ensure applications' operability and reliability.
- Integrated set of management tools for building, controlling, and automating the mainframe software development lifecycle.
- Manages and automates the process of migrating software changes from a development environment through any test environments and into production.
- Analyze and review complex technical challenges, as well as escalated support issues related to core business solutions that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, such as alternatives, enhancements, periodic systems reviews, or improvements to existing systems using mainframe technologies.
- Make decisions on technical changes and enhancements for mainframe systems.
