Description
For this particular position we are looking for an Electromechanical or Electrical Technician
Carry out preventive and curative maintenance
Optimize lifecycle of maintenance parts and reduce
cost
Improve machine availability and reduce breakdown
Advise in maintenance approach and update
maintenance plan to ensure quality and customer
satisfaction.
Raise maintenance request as and when informed
about any issue
Work within multidisciplinary teams, inform and keep
good relations.
Checks the overall processes and adjusts processes on the basis of
observations.
Assists in maintenance of both mechanical and electronic equipment.
Gives support in product and process renewal. Advises and coaches coworkers.
Carries out 1st line repairs (curative maintenance) on a limited number of
machines in one field of work.
Carries out simple improvements
Works on the regular machinery (mechanical or electrical/electronic work).
There is a standard solution for each problem; in principle, remedies 80% of
the failures.
High school education with a mechanical engineering specialism or similar
education like electrical engineering.
Knowledge about safety.
