This role is responsible for the optimization of the maintenance process as well as focused improvements of the equipment
Troubleshooting of the (most) repetitive equipment problems

Whatyoulldo

Maintain and improve equipment performance with planned and unplanned downtime
Solving complex electrical, mechanical and PLC breakdowns on equipment/production
Responsible of report maintenance costs
Responsible for keeping maintenance and machines documentation up to date
Monitors production equipment, so it functions according to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality) procedures and legislation, to prevent accidents, physical harm and environmental damage
Participate on automatization projects,
coordinates 3rd party service providers
Create and follow up Preventive, Corrective, Autonomous and Annual Maintenance plan for all machines and equipment's of the company.


Your qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience/combine education
2 Years experience in a Manufacturing setting
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools and machines
Knowledgeable of Assembly Manufacturing Processes
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite
