Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Trachte maintenance activities with Production machinery, Fleet Equipment, and the Facility. Manage Operations personnel who perform these maintenance tasks. Must be able to effectively communicate with all members of the Operations team. They will also interact with outside vendors or contractors on Total Productive Maintenance tasks.

• Establishing priorities for repairs based on safety concerns, risk of damage, or potential loss of business revenue.
• Training and supervising workers to ensure that they are able to perform their job duties safely and efficiently.
• Performing hands-on labor tasks such as electrical work, plumbing repairs, painting, etc.
• Management and setting up schedules for various Total Productive Maintenance activities so that uptime of production machinery and fleet equipment (Service Trucks, Forklifts, Scissor Lifts) is optimal.
• Maintaining records of all maintenance activities performed by subordinates or contracted outside companies.
• Reviewing service requests from tenants in order to determine what repairs are needed and when they should be scheduled.
• Following up with contractors to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget guidelines.
• Monitoring the budget and making adjustments as needed to ensure costs stay within budget guidelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree or trade certification.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Experience as maintenance mechanic or electrician with project management skills.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
