We are currently hiring a Maintenance Generalist to join our National Lutheran Communities & Services family. The main focus will be to perform journeyman level maintenance and repairs at our facility. This includes plumbing, electrical, heating, A/C, replacements, and installation. This role has a high level of resident interaction and daily positive impact. They also partner with other departments to insure a safe, healthy and pleasant environment.
Requirements
You will need 4+ years of experience related to maintenance, boilers and HVAC equipment. You will also need knowledge of refrigeration, boilers, electrical and plumbing, local codes, ordinances, safety regulations and equipment maintenance. HVAC certification a plus.
