Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to oversee workers within the Maintenance Department for one or more facilities and manage all other items relating to Maintenance, Facilities, and Grounds

You must be willing to:
Schedule repair/maintenance/installation of machines/tools/equipment
Coordinate activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines/tools/equipment
Direct maintenance activities on utility systems
Develop/manage the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program
Requisition tools/equipment/supplies required for operations
Inspect operating machines/equipment for conformance with operational standards
Direct training of workers
Prepare department budget/monitors expenditure

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY):
BS/BA degree in a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience leading the maintenance function in a manufacturing environment
Experience with machining/welding/LEAN (TPM/5S/Tool Management
Ability to define problems/collect data/establish facts/draw valid conclusions
Ability to write reports/business correspondence/procedural instructions
