Position Title: Maintenance Professional

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance including painting, carpentry, plumbing, snow plowing, shoveling and routine maintenance work in a safe and timely manner
• Observe safety policies and procedures
• Demonstrate cooperation and teamwork in performance of these duties
• Recognition of Safety Issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One year of experience in basic maintenance techniques
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
