This opportunity is with a global specialty chemical manufacturer in Augusta, GA. They are seeking someone who displays good leadership skills as this can be the right opportunity for someone to take the next step into management. This is at a medium sized site that develops products mainly in batches that go into the coatings industry. You'll be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance and Reliability operations of the site. You'll focus on improving and maintaining the site's equipment, conducting reviews, analyzing performance of the plant, planning budgets and projects, getting involved hands-on with reliability, and supervising 5 Maintenance Technicians. You will be reporting to the Site Manager. This opportunity includes a 12% target bonus, 4 to 5 weeks of PTO, a deluxe relocation package for homeowners or renters, and opportunities to transition to other sites worldwide.

• B.S. Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
• 4+ years experience out of manufacturing doing maintenance and reliability
• Some previous supervision or leadership experience would be beneficial
• Knowledge of PSM, predictive/preventative maintenance, and SAP would be a plus
