Our client company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage all aspects of maintenance including day-to- day and long-term maintenance to ensure quality work and minimal downtime in a safe and efficient manner.

You must be willing to:
Supervise/coordinate/plan/oversee day-to-day & long-term maintenance
Ensure that the appropriate parts/materials are on site in order to accomplish the tasks needed done
Plan daily maintenance/fill out work orders/distribute them
Review downtime to determine causes and prevention
Schedule/plan overtime/time-off for maintenance personnel
Perform safety inspections/attend safety meetings
Plan/coordinate service calls from various vendors contractors and OEM's

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY):
High School/GED
5 years experience in maintenance field
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills( written & oral)
Knowledge of high production mills.
Strong troubleshooting skills in the electrical/mechanical/hydraulic area.
Strong mechanical/welding knowledge
