Embark on a rewarding journey as a Maintenance Technician in a fast-paced injection molding plant. Your role will encompass the safe execution of maintenance duties, facility upkeep, and taking a proactive role in ensuring the plant's safety standards are met. Starting pay is $30 per hour. Now offering a $2,000 sign on bonus. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding and assembly equipment, interact with vendor technical support. Maintain facility systems and equipment. Recommend improvements to current processes, machinery and technology. Troubleshoot PC and PLC and load programs as needed. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Advocate for proactive safety & participate in Liquibox training programs. Participate in plant-wide safety efforts. Provide plant-wide support. Other responsibilities and projects as assigned. Qualifications
Education : High school diploma required. Two- year technical degree or equivalent experience in maintenance.

Experience : Injection molding experience preferred, strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aptitude required. proficient PC & PLC troubleshooting and repair skills, use measuring and levelling tools for fine adjustments.

Specific Skills : Mechanical and electrical competencies, PLC, complete projects and assignments independently or in team environment, and ability to safety use hand tools and small power tools.

Equipment & Machinery : May operate moving platforms. Operate machines in service mode.

Computer Experience & Software : Proficient computer skills, ability to learn CMM software. Microsoft suite.
