We currently have opportunities for an individuals who would like to make a career in a not-for-profit organization. We are looking for individuals to work in an organization that helps its customers become self-sufficient.

The function of the Maintenance Tech position is to coordinate projects, oversee maintenance, and upkeep of Brighton Properties, residential and service facilities.

Job Responsibilities

Resolve work orders and preventative maintenance task
Grounds upkeep
Responds to emergency maintenance calls
Timely unit or office turnovers
Responds to custodial needs as assigned
Requirements

Understanding essential employee responsibilities
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electric
Ability to work well with customers, residents, and peers

Hourly non-exempt position pay range: $16.00 - $18.00 hourly
