Job Description:

We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our 250-unit residential property in Birmingham, Alabama. This role demands leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic setting. We offer profit-sharing to recognize and reward our team's hard work.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Guide and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Maintenance Planning: Implement comprehensive maintenance schedules.
• Task Management: Prioritize maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Inspections: Regularly check equipment and facilities.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed logs for tracking and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certifications: HVAC (required), Certified Pool Operator (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance supervision.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of maintenance techniques
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
