We are looking for a reliable maintenance technician. This individual will be part of the maintenance team taking care of the interior and exterior of our buildings.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess technical skills in a number of areas, be flexible, well-organized and versatile with strong general repair and remodel skills as well as a keen eye for detail. Focus on industry standards is highly valued in this role.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Identify and report the need for repairs
- Construction; remodeling, landscaping
- Undertake other duties as necessary
Requirements
- Background in construction & carpentry
- Proven experience in a similar role or field
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Well-organized
- Versatility
- Problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Adept at researching industry standards, using any resources available such as search engines to find out how to do designated tasks.
Bonus Skills
- Licensed Electrician or Licensed HVAC technician
