A design-build firm in New York, NY is seeking for a Management Analyst.

Analyze the management to propose ways to improve the efficiency of the company's operations. Research and analyze competitors' sales and marketing strategies to propose ways to successfully compete in the competition. Define problems through meetings with the management and employees. Recommend possible solutions to resolve any internal issues. Assist with the evaluations of staff's work performance to determine promotion and/or dismissal.

Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related.

Wage: $73,590/year
