Management Analyst (Phoenix, AZ): Analyze business operations and workflow of high-quality natural stone supplier and devise efficient methods of accomplishing business goals and planning of future operations. Develop and implement management programs for operational efficiency, inventory and shipment tracking and cost control for importing and selling natural stone products. Assist in quality control initiatives for selecting, inspecting, fabricating, storing and delivering raw materials and finished stone products. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports in the areas of product line analysis, capacity utilization, competitor analysis, price management, budget plan and forecast, and business risk and opportunities assessments.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management, or related field and 6 months of experience as Management Analyst, Business Analyst, Assistant Manager, or related position. Experience researching solutions to organizational problems and providing workflow solutions. Experience evaluating reports of operational key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for efficiency. Experience compiling operational data and preparing reports on results of analysis. Experience maintaining management programs for operational effectiveness and quality control.
