We are seeking a Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will help the company to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance. Identifying options for the organization and suggesting recommendations for change, as well as advising on additional resources to implement solutions.



Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization


• Conduct analysis


• Interview the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders


• Run focus groups and facilitate workshops


• Prepare business proposals and presentations


• identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions.


• Present findings and recommendations to clients


• Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out

• Bachelor’s degree 


• 3+ years of consulting experience, corporate strategy, or similar capacity, conducting business analysis and identifying optimizing solutions through hubbing, centralization, automation, and more.


• Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail


• Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results


• Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to be self-directed and be an independent contributor to the team
