MIS / Data Analyst for ancorporate wellness center

Job Responsibilities:

Create matrices and schemas for MIS Dashboard

Collecting information about the technical requirements that each department must meet

Extracting data from primary and secondary sources and removing corrupted data

Ensuring that the data is accurate and high-quality

Supplying resources and training required to all the departments as per requirement

Creating, managing, analysing, and debugging data

Assessing the efficiency of information and enhancing them as necessary

Creating MIS documentation to facilitate efficient operations and simple system upkeep

Ensuring the privacy of all records

Coordinating with vendors and stakeholders related to the program

Supervising project managers and monitoring progress

Working with the Regional Program Head and Regional Operations Lead to KPIs and provide actionable insights

Using data to analyse trends that help inform business policies and decisions

Criteria :

Graduate/ Post graduate in Commerce

Good communication and interpersonal skills

2-3 years experience in Advanced Microsoft Excel

Analytical Skills Time Management Skills

Attention to Detail Teamwork

Rigorous follow-ups across stakeholders and update the management on the projects

Good with numbers, and Outstanding communication

Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships
