PayPal, Inc. seeks Manager, Accounting 2 in San Jose, CA

Job Duties: Conduct rigorous data analysis to help improve customer experiences and identify profitable growth opportunities for PayPal. Analyze large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesize data insights into actionable recommendations. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to build world-class products and design hypothesis-driven experiments; make clear, coherent and holistic recommendations based on test results. Improve product experiences for 200+ million customers using data science techniques. Identify product metrics and monitor product performance through dashboards and ad hoc analysis. Present investment findings and recommendations to senior-level/non-technical stakeholders. Telecommuting is an option: work may be performed anywhere in the US.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Business Administration, or closely related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Base Salary: $140,000 -156,750 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
