We're looking for outgoing, hardworking and coach-able people to join our team as we serve the members of labor unions like the firefighters, police and teachers with their permanent and portable benefits. Our representatives provide educational presentations on the different types of benefits the client may qualify for. Due to rapid growth we are focused on developing managers. A manager would help train the representatives on the presentation, equip them to understand and use our systems, as well as help identify which reps are talented to develop their skills into potential leadership roles.
