Job description:

Work with business to extract and understand their requirements for new and existing business applications
Assist in the technical investigation for new features and development to business applications
Using analysis concepts, convert business requirements into technical solutions by understanding technical constraints and existing technical architecture/functionality
Prepare user stories derived from the business requirements
Present and refine user stories, into agreed acceptance criteria, with the development team
Work alongside developers to ensure any developments are in line with requirements and are tested to an appropriate level prior to release
Act as main point of contact for the development team with respect to product management and requirements
Assist, where necessary, in the building, delivery and execution of test plans associated with any related developments
Triage and prioritize defects for the team
Ensure a high level of quality documentation is in place to cover both new developments and changes to existing applications
Manage a development team backlog in accordance with product management priorities
Using the team backlog, provide input into sprint and release planning
Knowledge of Scrum

: Sum insured for normal delivery and C-section is INR 75,000.

Mental health

We will count on you to:

What you need to have:

Min. 5 years of Business Analysis experience.
BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH


What makes you stand out?

Professional Certification may be preferred though not mandatory
Prior experience and knowledge on Insurance and/or Finance domain
Strong Business Process Analysis and documentation skills
Can effectively participate/lead requirements gathering and review sessions comprised of both IT and business representatives
Ability to articulate Business Requirements to development teams
Contributes to team-based approach by proactively anticipating and managing customer needs as well as in the completion of projects.
Considered competent in the field of work and beginning to develop knowledge of the business, marketplace and clients.
Acts as a mentor to new hires and provides informal guidance to junior staff.
Interact and collaborate with peers and / or team managers to achieve assigned SLAs
Experience with Oracle database design and SQL
Experience with various tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, Confluence, Git / Bitbucket
