The Role?

We are looking to hire a Manager, CRM & Retention Marketing to join the OUAI team! This role will report to the Director of Digital Marketing. This position will be critical in supporting the Digital team. Come join the digital team to help us grow, test and analyze our key marketing channels and ways to improve our DTC and retail experience.

Requirements

What Youll Do:

Email & SMS

  • Oversee and optimize email & SMS campaign strategies to drive customer retention and sales, including lifecycle (flow) messaging, personalized triggers, and daily campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on email campaign performance with clear direction to the team on what they can try to do differently to drive increased performance.
  • Define and implement the testing agenda for email/SMS including segmentation, messaging, frequency, send day/time, personalization, creative content etc.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for email/SMS program briefing and execution
  • Manage the campaign and promotional calendar for the US & UK websites as well as Brand programming.
  • Collaborate with the DTC team to develop and execute a strategy for loyalty programming that intersects brand content with consumer retention.

Reporting & Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain, publish, and optimize regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports that track channel and customer-level performance.
  • Work with the DTC team to develop consumer profiles and integrate first-party data capture for improved segmentation and personalization
  • Support project scoping to grow available data and assist with data migration between systems, as well as checking for data quality/integrity.
  • Translate reporting insights into recommendations for the marketing team and cross-functional partners on how to drive sales and increase customer performance, retention and LTV.
  • Develop new segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer data and business needs. Develop customer-facing tests to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to identify industry trends and best practices.


What You'll Bring:

  • We are looking for someone who isnt afraid to go first. If there are new key messages or testing strategies, we want to hear from you. Test, gain insights and learn all will help us to grow.
  • 4+ years of email, retention, and/or performance marketing experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven track record of turning insights into actionable plans.
  • Solid understanding of the retail, e-commerce, and email/SMS marketing industries and KPIs.
  • Ability to react to changing business needs by modifying plans and adjusting deliverables efficiently.
  • Strong project management skills in managing deadlines, calendars, and data needs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to react to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships to achieve team goals.
  • Experience with Google Analytics. Rockerbox is a plus.
