Develop, manage and execute multi-wave and multi-channel closed-loop programs using marketing automation platform campaigns with an emphasis on testing, tuning, and optimizing for maximum impact for the business. Implement marketing automation functionality including lead scoring, progressive profiling, and A/B and multivariate testing. Serve as the primary owner of the marketing automation platform, Pardot, to create and manage standard operating procedures that ensure both technical and marketing best practices are utilized. Coordinate with Salesforce administrators to maintain standards for data cleanliness and completeness, including providing ongoing training and support decimation to support data cleanliness. Partner with marketing colleagues to develop compelling on-brand content (email, display, social, and web) that supports marketing campaigns and aligns with the buyer’s journey. Plan, manage, and execute search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns including campaign setup, strategy development, keyword research, On-page, off-page, backlink building, redirect management, Schema, rich snippet, SERP optimization and content creation. Ensure technical SEO and web performance optimization best practices are followed across a portfolio of websites. Oversee crawling, indexing, duplicate content, redirects, Hreflang, and structured data. Compile reports utilizing tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, MOZ, AHrefs, and Lighthouse. Create in-depth analyses based on reporting findings. Manage CMS systems including AEM, Drupal, and WordPress, PIM, DAM, and location finder. Provide training and first-level user support. Telecommuting one day per week is permitted.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, or a related field plus three (3) years of growth marketing experience in a Salesforce environment.

Must have at least three (3) years of experience with the following:

• Editing Lead, Opportunity and Cases Layouts in Salesforce.
• Creating and editing fields in Salesforce and Pardot.
• Creating flows in Salesforce.
• Setting up assignment rules in Salesforce.
• Editing Salesforce Queues.
• Implementing before a multi-touch and multi-channel digital demand generation strategy based on personas and with lead qualification stages.

Must have at least one (1) year of experience with the following:

• Creating automation rules in Pardot based on qualifying questions and certain Prospect fields.
• Creating Pardot forms and completion actions.
• Integrating Pardot forms with WordPress, Unbounce, iCapture and Adobe AEM.

Telecommuting one day per week is permitted.

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm.
