Manager/Deputy Manager-Training & Development| Noida (Only from Manufacturing Industry) Full Time Noida Posted 6 months ago Overview: The Manager/Deputy Manager Training & Development is responsible for assessing company-wide developmental needs, driving training initiatives, and identifying suitable training solutions for employees. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing employee skills and knowledge through effective training programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in training and development, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be proficient in utilizing various multimedia training platforms. Experience Required: 7-12 Years Qualification Required: MBA (HR)/Diploma in Training & Development Preferred Industry: Manufacturing Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Proficiency in a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Ability to evaluate and research. training options and alternatives. Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs. Basic/Core Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct annual training and development needs assessment to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization. Develop training and development programs and objectives in alignment with organizational goals and individual employee needs. Administer spending against the departmental budget and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. Obtain and/or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media, including digital platforms and tools. Train and coach managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders involved in employee development efforts. Plan, organize, facilitate, and coordinate employee development and training events, including logistics and supply management. Conduct follow-up studies and evaluations of all completed training programs to measure their effectiveness and impact. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development and incorporate them into training strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external training providers to design and deliver relevant training programs. Monitor and track employee progress and development through training initiatives. Note: The above roles and responsibilities provide a general overview of the position.
