Athena is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Digital Advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising and media, with a track record of success in developing and executing effective campaigns. They will be responsible for developing and implementing digital advertising strategies, and driving revenue growth through targeted campaigns.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital advertising strategies that align with the company's business objectives
• Oversee the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including display, search, social media, and video
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key advertising opportunities and develop campaigns that drive revenue growth
• Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization based on data-driven insights
• Develop and maintain relationships with advertising vendors and partners, ensuring that they meet the company's quality standards
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve digital advertising methods and approaches
• Present campaign performance and insights to stakeholders across the organization, communicating the impact of digital advertising on the company's bottom line

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 4-7 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on media planning, campaign management, and performance optimization
• Strong experience in developing and executing digital advertising strategies across multiple channels, including display, search, social media, and video
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets
• Experience managing teams of digital advertising professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate campaign performance and insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in digital advertising tools and software, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Experience in the telecommunications and media industry is a plus
