MARSH O&T(VIDEO AND DIGITAL CONTENT PRODUCTION)


The
Knowledge Services at Marsh McLennan Global Services in Mumbai
combines the design, analytics, and research centres of excellence in India and has been established to service key businesses within the MMC group.
The Creative Services CoE is an internal design services team supporting Marsh businesses globally.
The
Marsh Operations and Technology (O&T)
business is seeking a candidate for the following position based in the
Mumbai
office. The incumbent will be supporting on Video and Digital Content Production.

The team provides support to
O&T stakeholders
across global locations, but the primary reporting will be to stakeholders in the US. The role presents opportunities to work with a C-Level audience from Marsh O&T to provide design support on their key initiatives like the Placement & Policy Management (PPM) platform.

The Mumbai Creative Services team provides support to global stakeholders across US, Canada, LatAm, UK, Continental Europe, MEA, India, Asia and the Pacific regions. Team member capabilities span across Print design, Document Production, Video Production, UI / Web Design, Portal Management, Social Media management, SEO and brand administration.

Overall, pushing the boundaries of creative ideation and building lasting relationships with stakeholders, while managing delivery expectations effectively will be the key to long term success in this role.

Primarily work with the Marsh O&T teams to develop digital collateral in PowerPoint, SharePoint and Synthesia for key stakeholders. Ensure the right design for effective communication to appropriate audiences.

The role will be focused on 4 key aspects of support to the O&T teams:


Developing resource sites and ongoing site maintenance
of portals such as the PPM, Client Management, Claims/Clearsight, Bluestream and Transformation Academy sites. Most of these portals are already functional and, in those instances, the focus will be on updating of content, periodic content management tasks and some creation of front page/SharePoint UI as and when there are any new events/news.


Communication playbooks and collateral:
Work closely with the other O&T Design colleagues to formalize and increase support on the creation of playbooks to the broader stakeholder groups.

Creation of
Synthesia AI video content
and maintenance of Degreed pathways/Workday.

Prior experience working with senior leaders to develop their key messaging and storytelling and experience in multimedia production will be an advantage.

Serve in a consultative capacity to stakeholders as a subject matter expert on design and branding of the Resource sites. You will work closely with Marsh O&T colleagues to ensure consistent visual messaging and communication of priorities
Result orientation is essential to understand the needs of the stakeholders and develop design solutions around it.

What you need to have:



6 to 8 years hands-on-experience
in a Design team within a corporate environment with the agile ability to keep pace with a dynamic corporate environment.

Ability to assimilate business content and convert it into
information graphics

Front-end Web Design experience with robust knowledge of User-Interface (UI) concepts


Prior experience working on CMS platforms such as
SharePoint
, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore etc. would be advantageous for this role.

A UI certification from institutes such as HFI would be a plus.

Prior experience for
design-based delivery on MS Office tools
- Experience workingon Corporate Presentations, Design of RFP documents, keynote event presentations, interactive document production etc. affording you more fungibility across mediums of design delivery.


Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud/Creative Suite.
Underlying knowledge of design basics and experience on software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop would be needed for visualization of video content.

Strong foundational knowledge of typography, branding, and industry best practices. The incumbent should keep
well informed of latest trends and styles used on video outputs
produced amongst other similar corporate set-ups.


Communication Skills
- be able to articulate design choices and concepts and communicate effectively with stakeholders across levels both verbally and in writing.

What makes you stand out?


Workflow management / project management experience
- Hands on experience on planning / design delivery/ project management within an internal team environment.

Prior experience in static Print design on Adobe InDesign across outputs like Brochures, Reports, other Marketing and sales enablement collaterals, Corporate Emailers, etc.


Knowledge of

Video Production programs
such as:

Adobe Creative Suite Video Editing Software (Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, Adobe Animate), to add music, graphics, animation, and to develop, edit and upload/manage video content.

Knowledge of industry standard Plug-ins & Effects Libraries, typography skills for text-based animations and well versed in the best practices for optimal rendering / hosting video outputs, on the organizations permitted platforms.


Experience in developing eLearning content and Training interfaces:
Knowledge of tools such as
Articulate Rise
or Adobe Captivate for the purposes of creating and publishing the O&T teams training materials.
