Job Title: Manager Digital Production Location: Manhattan, NY 10038 Responsible for managing plans for digital adoption, operational change management and scaling new capabilities. Responsible for overseeing adoption of multiple large-scale projects.The Digital Transformation manager manages adoption of digital capabilities that transform our customer experience by bringing together technology, people and change management for on-going capability support and scale. -
Understand business needs for OKRs and consult with product teams on design and build -
Understand solutions that will achieve business strategic goals by converting business needs into the corresponding technical requirements -
Identify missed requirements or missed scenarios to ensure comprehensive requirements are established that consider end users and teams -
Manage plan to scale new digital capabilities to attain value realization and maximize success -
Lead organizational change management (OCM) activities including the adoption of new processes and standards, training for new capabilities, communications, organizational design and governance -
Develop overall digital transformation strategy and specific plan(s) for the full lifecycle of implementation of new technology initiatives using the company's exclusive methodology/processes -
Create, maintain & manage creative timelines for launch and guide product teams towards business deadlines -
Understand working team processes and interdependencies to identify possible risks/decisions needed by key stakeholders, ability to negotiate decisions -
Ability to bring together stakeholders with interdependencies across 5-10 functions -
Identify risks and actively avoid future risks -
Manages Digital Adoption initiatives that connect to multiple projects -
