Manager - Export Documentation (Agrochemical) Location: IN-Gurgaon Email this job to a friend

Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Overall responsibility of proper export planning and logistic activities.
- By ensuring the materials delivers in right quantity and quality at the right place in time.
- Create, assemble and present applicable export documentation required per country-specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulations.
- Maintain export files in an organized and cataloged system.
- Support cross-functional departments involved in international business transactions.
- Prepare and audit export documentation for shipments and settlements.
- Providing assistance to Export Marketing activities as and when required by the Management.
- Follow up with CHAs and transporters for freight rates and allocation.
- Ensuring timely arrival of containers in the plant for stuffing and release of the stuffed containers on daily basis so that the container can catch in the scheduled vessel.
- Communicate with forwarders and CHA for shipment booking and custom clearance process.
- Monitoring export payment on daily basis and informing accounts department about the same.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments on weekly basis.
- Maintaining day to day MIS for reporting purpose
- Prepare Proforma Invoice with accuracy.
- Prepare commercial invoice and packing list by validating data integrity and accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile:- - Should be Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate in logistics or relevant stream.
- Should be 10-15 years of experience in a Agrochemical/Chemical industry.
- Should be expert in Export Documentation area.
- Should have problem solving and analytical skills
- Dynamic, bold, proactive, calculative risk taker, progressive, can do attitude, firm along with stable, calm, sensible & eloquent with listening skills.
- Knowledge of MS office is mandatory ( Excel Formulas )
